Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy is as follows:

  • Shipping to UK only at this point in time.
  • Shipping is free for spend greater than £300, unless indicated otherwise at check out
  • Items will be packaged and dispatched within 2 business days from receipt of payment.
  • Items will be shipped 48 hour delivery or better (note 48 hour delivery does not apply at weekends or bank holidays).
  • additional costs for larger items may apply for locations such as Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands etc.
  • Azure Watersports is a trading name of Azure Blue Limited.

Important Information

  • Items must be signed for on receipt. Please check that there is no damage to items before you sign for them. 
  • Items must be signed for by the recipient (the addressee advised at the time of purchase), if the Customer agrees with the Courier that someone else can sign for the package or that no signature is required Azure Watersports is not liable for any loss that may arise. 

Rules about damaged items

  • If the Package arrives damaged or altered, you must describe the damage precisely on the delivery slip in order to be compensated. If you sign the delivery note without making any reservations with the courier who delivers the Goods, you accept the Goods and waive any damage claim from Azure Watersports. In any event, in case of doubt, you have the right to check the Package’s contents before signing the delivery note. If there is damage you may refuse the item and ask for it to be returned to sender. If the goods are signed for and damage is not highlighted, Azure Watersports is not responsible for replacing the item(s).
  • Please take photographs of the package(s) showing the damage and retain all packaging. 
  • Please report missing or damaged items to Azure Watersports no later than 1 day after the original scheduled delivery date
